By using Nelu AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service
- The app provides AI image generation, upscaling, and (optionally) personalized model training.
- Processing happens in the cloud; your results may appear after a short delay.
Credits and billing
- Some actions cost credits. The app shows costs before you confirm.
- Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple’s In‑App Purchase system.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
User content
- You are responsible for the prompts and images you upload.
- Do not upload content that violates laws or rights of others.
Safety and abuse
- We may restrict, block, or remove content that violates policies or is abusive.
- We may rate-limit or suspend accounts to protect the service.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. You may delete your account in the app.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Outputs may be imperfect or inaccurate.
